AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: L3 LAV DOOR OFF HINGES. PASSENGER REPORTED GETTING STUCK IN LAVATORY AND  PULLED THE DOOR OPEN. MAINTENANCE RE-RIGGED LAVATORY DOOR.
