AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFT RIGHT LAVATORY DOOR DOES NOT FULLY OPEN. FOUND ONE SCREW SLIGHTLY PROTRUDING INTO UPPER CHANNEL IMPEDING DOOR UPPER ROLLER. TIGHTENED SCREW. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
