AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DFW DUE TO THE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT WHEN THE GEAR HANDLE IS PLACED IN THE UP POSITION.
