## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR WILL NOT OPEN USING HANDLE TOP LATCH STILL ENGAGED. MIA MAINTENANCE REPORTS THE UPPER STRIKER IS FAULTING. REMOVED AND REPLACED COCKPIT DOOR BOLTING ASSY.
