AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CIDS PANEL CAUTION CHECK DOOR 3R DOOR PRESSURE ILLUMINATED INTHE DESCENT AND REMAINED ON UNTIL AFTER DOOR 1R WAS OPENED. MAINTENANCE SERVICED THE R3 DOOR DAMPER AND EMERGENCY OPERATION CYLINDER.
