AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT PASS CIDS TEST EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT INTERNAL LOAD FORWARD LEFT MESSAGE ON CIDS. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE L1 DOOR SLIDE RAFT ASSEMBLY AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM.
