AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN OR CLOSE. FOUND VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT INCORRECT. FOUND THREADS ON UPPER HINGE FITTING FOR VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT STRIPPED. REPLACED FITTING AND ACCOMPLISHED VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT OF FLIGHT DECK DOOR.
