AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR, VIBRATION IN FLOOR AND GRINDING NOISES ON FLIGHT DECK AND FORWARD GALLEY. REMOVED AND REPLACED AVIONICS BLOWER FAN.
