AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ANTI SKID INOPERATIVE AND PARKING BRAKE LIGHT ARE ILLUMINATED, RUN CHECKLIST IT DID NOT FIX ISSUE. REMOVED AND REPLACED PARKING BRAKE SHUT OFF VALVE. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. PER B737 AMM 32-44-21.
