## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR MANUAL CENTER LATCH HAS UPPER AND LOWER RELEASE MECHANISM BROKEN. CENTER LATCH WILL NOT RELEASE DOOR MANUALLY. REPLACED COCKPIT DOOR LATCH MECHANISM.
