AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR EXTREMELY HARD TO OPEN INFLIGHT. FOUND DOORSTOP PLATE LOOSE. TIGHTENED ALL THE LOOSE SCREWS.
