AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: COCKPIT DOOR LOCKING MECHANISM NOT OPERATING ALL PLUNGERS TO OPEN THE DOOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED COCKPIT DOOR LATCH MECHANISM.
