## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AFTER ENGINE NUMBER 2 START THERE WAS A STRONG FUEL SMELL THROUGHOUT THE FLIGHT DECK AND CABIN WHEN THE RIGHT PACK WAS TURNED ON.  (OPEN).
