AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: GATE AGENT OPENED 1L DOOR WHILE STRAP  AND SLIDE (GIRT BAR) WAS ARMED. SLIDE DROP FROM SLIDE CONTAINER. REMOVED AND REPLACED L1 DOOR SLIDE ASSEMBLY. PER WC# 08L22125001.
