AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AT GATE ARRIVAL, FLIGHT ATTENDANT ADVISED THAT THE DOOR ARMING HANDLE AT DOOR 3L IS VERY LOOSE. REMOVED AND INSTALLED SLIDE ARMING GRIP PLATE PER AMM 52-22-22.
