AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED THAT LEFT AFT DOOR IS DIFFICULT TO ARM AND DISARM. FOUND DEBRIS IN GIRT BAR ENGAGEMENT MECHANISM. REMOVED DEBRIS AND LUBED.
