AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT FLASHLIGHT  UNDER THE FORWARD FLIGHT ATTENDANT JUMP SEAT  IS NOT FLASHING THE FUNCTIONAL INDICATOR. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT BATTERY PER AMM 25-65-00.
