AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ALL ILLUMINATED IN THE ARM POSITION. FLIGHT CREW RESET PER MOC UNSUCCESSFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FLIGHT DECK EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH 4WL AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
