## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: RIGHT WING TRANSFER VALVE STUCK IN TRANSIT, AMBER COLOR.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT WING ACTUATOR SINGLE MOTOR VALVE AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY LEAK / OPERATIONAL CHECK.
