## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING FLIGHT THEY NOTED THAT THE UPPER FLIGHT DECK DOOR LATCH IS STUCK AND DOES NOT OPERATE WITH DOOR HANDLE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLIGHT DECK DOOR UPPER LATCH AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
