AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS STAYS ON IN ALL TOGGLE POSITIONS. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT TOGGLE SWITCH PER ESPM 20-45-21.
