AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY EXIT PATH LIGHTING SEATS 30C AND 31C IS DANGLING BY WIRES IN THE AISLE. REMOVE AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT HOUSING AT 30C. PER AMM 25-22-00.
