## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: L2 GALLEY DOOR RESTRAINING STRAP STUCK IN DOOR AND CATERING IS UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED L2 DOOR SAFETY STRAP. PER AMM 25-61-13.
