AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR AT 16ABC INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED OVERWING EXIT DOOR LIGHT AT 16ABC. OPERTIONAL CHECK GOOD. PER  AMM 33-51-04.
