AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ON TAKEOFF UNCOMMANDED EVAC HORN ACTUATION WITH CIDS 1+2 FAULT ON THE ECAM. REMOVED AND REPLACED CIDS1 IAW AMM 23-73-34. OPS CHECK GOOD.
