AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: REAR SLIDER WINDOW ON CAPTAIN SIDE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE THROUGH.WHEN THE SUN IS SHINING IT IS OBSTRUCTED FROM CAPTAIN SEAT AND JUMPSEATER STATED, TOO. REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPTAIN'S SLIDING WINDOW.
