AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTANDENT REPORTS LEFT LAVATORY DOOR IS JAMMED. FOUND LEFT AFT LAVATORY DOOR OUT OF TRACK AND JAMMED. REMOVED AND REINSTALLED LAVATORY DOOR IN POSITION AND OPERTIONAL CHECK GOOD. PER MM 52-50-00.
