AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CHRONIC HISTORY OF LAVSTORY-D DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPERATE.   REPLACED UPPER EDGE TRIM (AALA202408088682) AND MICROSWITCH (AALA202408229711), PER CMM 25-40-64. DOOR OPERTIONAL CHECK GOOD. INSPECTED HINGE PIN IN REFERENCE WITH SB 1L3-25-0078 NO DEFECTS NOTED.
