AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED DUE TO: AFTER TAKE OFF GEAR WOULD NOT  RETRACT; AIRCRAFT AIR INTERRUPTED BACK TO AND LANDED SAFELY AT MIA. REMOVED AND REPLACED MANUAL EXTENSION SYSTEM ACCESS DOOR SWITCH. PER AMM 32-34-11.
