AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED:  EMERGENCY SEAT EXIT LIGHTS INOP FROM ROW 19-25. MAINTENANCE FOUND WIRE DISCONNECTED AT THE POWER SUPPLY AT ROW 18 UNDER SEAT RECONNECTED WIRE REF AMM 33-51-00.
