AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: TCAS INOP BOTH TRANSPONDERS. RETURNED TO FIELD EMERGENCY DECLARED LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED TCAS COMPUTER IAW AMM 34-45-01.
