## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR KNOB DOES NOT RETRACT THE UPPER LATCH PIN. THE LOWER AND MIDDLE LATCH PINS WORK NORMALLY. ONLY WAY TO OPEN DOOR IS WITH ELECTRIC UNLOCK SWITCH. REPLACED MID LATCH DOOR MECHANISM.
