AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR 1R OPEN ECAM APPEARED AFTER LANDING WHILE TAXIING TO GATE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE SLIDE ARMED WARNING PANEL / INDICATOR AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
