AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: COCKPIT DOOR LATCH SEEMS BROKEN. VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE DOOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED THREE LATCH MECHANISM ON COCKPIT DOOR.
