AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: OPENING FLIGHT DECK DOOR OBSTRUCTED BY FASTENER PROTRUDING FROM UPPER DOOR JAMB AND FASTENER FELL OUT WHEN DOOR WAS FORCED OPEN. MAINTENANCE RE-INSTALLED SCREW AND SECURED DOOR JAMB.
