## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DURING A SCHEDULED SLIDE REPLACEMENT FOR THE R4 DOOR, THE REPLACEMENT SLIDE WAS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE AND THEE ORIGINAL SLIDE WAS RE-INSTALLED ON THE AIRCRAFT. MAINTENANCE ROUTED THE DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT SLIDE TO BE SENT OUT FOR REPAIR.
