AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ON SEAT 16C IS BROKEN AND JUST HANGING BY THE WIRES. RSECURED EMERGENCY LIGHT ON SEAT 16C AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. PER AMM 33-51-00.
