AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED THAT FORWARD GALLERY SERVICE DOOR INFLATABLE SLIDE HAS MATERIAL DRAGGING ON FLOOR IN A WAY THAT IS NOT NORMALLY SEEN. REINSTALLED FORWRD GALLEY SERVICE DOOR SLIDE. PER  AMM 52-20-00.
