AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFTER LEFT LAVATORY DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. FOUND SCREW COMING LOOSE ON TOP TRACK INTERFERING WITH DOOR ROLLER, TIGHTEN SCREW, OPERTIONAL CHECK GOOD.
