AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FOUND EMERGENCY FLASH LIGHT BELOW AFT LEFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT SEAT INOPERATIVE. REMOVE AND REPLACED EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT ASSEMBLY BELOW AFT LEFT FLIGHT ATTADNENT SEAT. PER AMM  25-60-00, LIGHT CHECK GOOD.
