AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT ROW 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP. IAW TSM 33-51-00-810-801A FOUND EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT 11WLFAULTED. REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND UNIT TESTS OK.
