AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DIRTY SOCK SMELL ON TAKE OFF AND DESCENT.  MAINTENANCE BORESCOPED LH ENGINE AND FOUND INTERNAL OIL WEEPING. REPLACED ENGINE.
