AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED DUE TO: LANDING GEAR DID NOT COME UP AFTER TAKE OFF. RAN QRH STILL WOULD NOT COME UP; AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO AND LANDED SAFELY AT JFK. **SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT FOR (AALA202502044551): REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE. PER AMM 32-31-51. OPERTIONAL AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. ACCOMPLISHED MAIN LANDING GEAR OPERTIONAL TEST, PER AMM 32-32-00-710-801 SEVERAL TIMES. ALL TESTS WERE GOOD**(CLOSED).
