AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED AFT SERVICE DOOR GIRT BAR HARD TO OPERATE. LEFT WITH TOO MUCH GREASE TO OPERATE SAFELY. VERIFIED AFT RIGHT EMERGENCY DOOR GRIT BAR RETAINER CLIPS ARE ABNORMALLY TIGHT. BENT RETAINER CLIPS TO THE RIGHT DIMENSIONS.
