AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD ENTRY DOOR GIRT BAR WHITE LOCKING COLLAR ON RIGHT SIDE IS LOOSE. REMOVED AND REPLACED LOCKING COLLAR FOR L-1 DOOR GIRT BAR ASSEMBLY, OPERTIONAL CHECK GOOD. PER AMM 25-66-00.
