## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: BRAKES LOCKED UP ON MAIN GEAR WITH NORMAL BRAKING PRESSURE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE #3 BRAKE DRAGGING AND REPLACED IT PER AMM 32-42-17.
