AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AFTER TAKEOFF BRIEF OBSCURE SMELL FOLLOWED BY LEFT PACK TEMP SHOWING 140 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT AND THE RIGHT PACK WAS AROUND 40 DEGREES. FAULT CONFIRMED LEFT HAND ACM SEIZED.  (OPEN).
