TROUBLESHOOTING PERFORMED PER FIM 28-22-00-810-805 UP TO STEP E1, NO FAULTS NOTED, REQUIRES FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING. **SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT WILL BE SUBMITTED**(OPEN).
