AIRCRAFT IN BASE MAINTENANCE: RIGHT HAND ENGINE STRUT TORQUE BOX UPPER OUTBOARD ATTACHED CHORD AT AFT END, SUPPORT BRACKET SHIM MIGRATED. TREIMMED AND RETIGHTENED SHIMTO 45 IN LB WITH NO FASTENER ROTATION. SHIM IS TIGHT AND CANNOT BE REMOVED.
