AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: PASSENGER DOOR LOCKING AND UNLOCKING MECHANISM BROKEN, WILL NOT ACTUATE IT IS FROZEN. REMOVE AND REPLACED FORWARD ENTRY L1 DOOR HINGE ARM PIN ASSEMBLY. OPERTIONAL CHECK GOOD. PER AMM 52-11-21.
